Me and my wife walked it and the security officer was so polite pointed where we needed to go and do. Once we are at the kiosk to make an appointment a lady comes up to us and ask what we need. we told her and she said we don't see anyone here and kept telling us to call. Well we keep calling we have been calling and the phone just hangs up on me and my wife. What is the point of having a kiosk that said make an appointment
