The website states over and over they can accommodate walk-ins. We went on a Wednesday morning at 11am. We walked in and asked if they could perform 3 pedicures.The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He could have simply said "No we can't". Instead he acted offended that we had not made appointments. We called another nail place, Island Nails, and they said there was no problem. We understand if they couldn't accept a walk in at that time, but it could have been handled in a much more professional way.

Love your new home. Very professional staff and my Manicure and Pedicure are great with lots of colours to choose from. Would defiantly recommend.

Last Monday, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was amazing and if that were the only service, my review would be 5 stars. The polish is still beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, my manicure isn’t really what I asked for and it wasn’t done very well. Like I said it’s only been 7 full days since I got it done and I’ll post a picture of what it looks like now… the polish is lifting on the edges and chipping away, the polish is so far away from my cuticles and they have not grown that much in a week, the colors aren’t what I asked for, and there are fragments of something stuck in the dried polish. They’re very nice people and did offer to fix it but I don’t have time. They treat their customers very well and their prices are pretty fair for what you would expect, but this manicure is very much not what I expected.

Kathy was great today. Took the extra time to make my nails and toes look amazing. Phung was amazing my first visit too! Got a powder dip on nails and pedi and she was phenomenal. Best I've had done in years. Will totally make this place my new spot.
