Dishonest. Do not hire. We told the person who came out that we only needed them for a certain amount of time. We paid for that time with a check. Had to give a credit card to have on file. They charged the credit card for the time and took the check as a deposit. Now refuses to refund check so bottom line we paid double for their services. The lady who sat with my mother-in-law was caring and compassionate. Think I am going to call 8 on your side.

Great communication and notifications of scheduled senior helpers. Staff are neat and clean, use no vehement speech, have sobriety and are kind and courteous. Our regular senior helper is always prompt and on time, showing discipline. They have a previous history of hospital work in the medical field and offer expert advice in many situations. We really appreciate the Senior Helper service, it is the best thing that has ever happened to us in our situation of taking care of our loved one. Thank you so very much to the entire Senior Helper Organization.

Senior Helpers has been a Godsend for my father-in-law after he suffered a stroke and the death of his wife, all within 3 weeks. All our family lives out of state, so he really depends on his care givers to arrive and help him with his medications, meals, transportation and general companionship. Senior Helpers have gone above and beyond in his care and well being. We feel truly blessed to have such wonderful people helping him every day!

My mom and I used their services a few years ago for my dad when we lived in spring hill. My dad who had numerous medical issues and from being in the hospital for so long could barely walk, couldn't hold a spoon to feed himself or able to use the bathroom. We had one exceptional Male nurse who unfortunately I cannot remember his name. He was always on time, helped feed and bathe my father, helped change the sheets and do the laundry for my mom who was beyond stressed with everything that my dad was going through. He gave my mom a sense of relaxation, calm and help that she so desperately needed, for that I am forever grateful. He was patient with my father as he was irritable often bc of his condition but this man made everyone feel comfortable and always very friendly and upbeat. The man who came to our house initially to discuss the process of using this service was also a God sent. He explained the services his company offered, pricing, billing and was extremely informative about how the VA could also assist with payment, although we chose to pay out of pocket. The months we used senior helpers were the best care my dad received which eventually led to him being able to walk again, gain arm and hand strength again and eventually be able to bathe and take care of himself without assistance. We highly recommend this company to anyone and if ever needed I would use them in a heartbeat. 5 stars does and injustice your company deserves 1000 stars!!
