Dr. Johnson and all of his staff have been so professional. They each care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of the patient. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all they have done for me. From the front desk staff to each of Dr. Johnson’s team, they make you feel welcome. STOP! Before you read any other review you need to read this one. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! My son is still going to Northern Smiles Orthodontics (NSO) and is almost entirely finished with his braces journey. In fact, he just had them taken off about a month ago. Then, because apparently July is his "gotta-mess-something-up" month, he got his bottom front teeth elbowed in. Never mind that a year ago in July, because that's his month right, he decided to test whether or not you can land on your top teeth on the monkey bars. Spoiler alert, you can! Let's get back to NSO. Their customer service is second-to-none, hands-down, no questions asked - it isn't even comparable. Whether it's a typical M-T appointment or an emergency appointment on a Saturday during the middle of summer when the sun is shining and it's beautiful out, their staff is 100% reliable without fail, all while having a smile on their face. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of them as a whole. The entire organization, from the bottom up is the example for which every other orthodontist practice in our nation should aspire to become. If you are looking for a provider look no further. This is a perfect example of quality service that is worth every single penny! Brandon McGuire

Dr. Johnson and the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The office is also and it never feels like a chore to be there for my daughter’s appointments. We’ve had a good experience correcting my daughter’s bight. She liked choosing the color of her expander! When our dog chewed it up at the end of her initial treatment period a more economical but appropriate retainer was made for her within a few hours. From my experience there I’d recommend this office to my friends…!

Dr. Johnson and the staff team at Northern Smiles have been fantastic. I had my braces removed yesterday and they have been so nice all through the treatment. Everything was great, from their easy & fast consultation (I went for a consultation and came out with braces), 0% interest financing, outstanding service, their welcoming smiles, convenience, technology, to the ambiance of their offices. Their attention to detail and friendliness makes them a great team. I highly recommend their services! Thank you Northern Smiles for sending me off with a wonderful farewell yesterday, I promise I will use my retainers so you don’t have to nag me ;)
