Service was much better than in past. However, I believe the Ohio E Check law is a poor law and should be repealed.

Use the self-service E-Check easy to use and you can get around a few things that you can't get around when you do a regular e-chup

The experience was fine and employees were very nice. I just think if we want to have less emissions, we'd save more by closing these facilities. The amount of gas we use to drive to them and let our car sit idle while we wait in the lines probably uses more gas and causes more pollution than just having the people stay at home. Plus the electric and heat bills for the buildings causes more uses of resources

They send you a notice in the mail when it's about time to get new plates
I'm at the kiosk at 6am to do the test and it is not starting when I touch the screen to start the test. There happens to be a woman here as the door was open towards the main entrance and I rang the doorbell. I asked her if the kiosk was open 24 hours she said yes. I told her that it was not starting when I touch the screen and she said well we open at 8:00
You can either use the self serve kiosk or the full service e-check at this location.
