Service good, staff reporting to be new hires. Beer selections offer good variety to pick from, only missing one from their menu. Food okay, not stellar. Sauerkraut balls were ovened, not fried, hot but not crisp. "German" potato salad was bland- tasted mayo based, with no vinegar or bacon flavors (German ??). Schnitzel ok, crisp, seasoned. Sauerkraut side was unique, loaded with bacon- both items worth repeating. Green bean side was overcooked, soft, canned- blah.

Service was friendly. We sat at a booth and he was working the bar so kudos to him for doing both. Not very busy in a hot Saturday afternoon. Food is from the Hais of Giessen. Had I known we would not have waited to long to visit! I had the bratwurst with chips and potato salad and it was so good. Hubby ordered a pepperoni pizza. He said it was good. Lemon Shandy for me and a Gold Jacket for him. Good beer! Took pictures of the Speakeasy downstairs with no one in it. We can't wait to return to see it in action. Thank you a great lunch!

There were 6 of us that went to The Canton Brewing company for dinner and drinks before we checked out the lights in Canton. To say it was a disappointment is an UNDERSTATEMENT! When we walked in the door there were maybe 4 tables full and people at the bar. The "HOSTESS" looked totally confused π she asked how many in our party we said 6. About that time a "waitress " I use that term loosely as she(short blond hair) proceeds to yell at the hostess, we will have to wait they were too busy and would overwhelm the kitchen! Seriously!? 4 tables. I get it everyone is understaffed but Seriously!!! Well as we had been checking out the menu online and were very excited as they promote their German food we decided to stay. The staff assured us there would be another waiter coming in 5 minutes. Well, let me tell, in hind sight we should have walked out aftee the welcome we received. The entire experience was terribly disappointing! Not only the food but the beer also! It's the end of April and you have Christmas ale and Octoberfest?? Seriously! What a let down. Also....I have to say the beer was mediocre at best. I will however say our waiter is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I can say without a doubt we will NEVER be back!

Nice building. Was surprised how big it was, with the downstairs. I'd love to come back during Hall of Fame week, when all is crazy and packed. Going to have to try a music show too. Service was great and food was pretty good. I got the Classic Schnitzel, which was good. The Buffalo Chicken pizza, others in my group ordered, was really good. JalapeΓ±os poppers seemed like they were from a store box and heated up, but with the beer cheese that were good. Will definitely go back.

I agree with @AmandaThomas. On my last visit, there are flights of stairs from both entrances. I'm unaware of any elevator access.
Directly across the street from the entrance and on street parking pretty much all around...
Both upstairs and downstairs they have appetizers and food.
While I am not aware of a fully separate room, they do have an entire speakeasy that offers plenty of sitting space, bathrooms, and even Cornhole boards.
