Sold me bad hay that caused all of my horses colic. I called and politely explained this to the owner, and she told me that it was my fault for not making sure my horses drank enough water. I told her that all my horses receive electrolytes daily and have access to salt blocks, that I closely monitor how much water they drink each day, and they have been on the same hay for over 10 years and not once have I had an issue due to it. The coastal she sold me was poor quality almost straw looking brown coastal. I asked for a refund and she refused and told me that it was definitely NOT the hay that caused my horses to get sick. Extremely unhappy and will never be taking my business here again.
