I have been trying to contact this office since the end of May. Today is August 12. I have called dozens of times and left dozens of messages with my phone number. I have sent letter of the old fashion way. I have left notes on their door to the office. They absolutely will not contact me. My prescriptions lapse twice. I was without high blood pressure medication for over a week. It took the pharmacist at Walmart to put a fire under them to refill the prescription. But they will not let me make an appointment. This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had a doctors office. And I am reporting them to the consumer affairs bureau health department division in Tallahassee. This is medical malpractice.

The Worst experience. The front staff did not inform us of “new patient visit” charges. After, i asked them 132232x about any charges. We were there for a annual physical. That was the whole goal of the appointment. After talking to the doctor, thinking we did our annual physical, she asks us to come again in 6 weeks to do the physical!!!! Why were we there if not to get a physical? Their scheme seems to get a patient to schedule 2 appointments when 1 will do. This enables them to get more money from you & your insurance company. Now, we have to pay $100 for complete & utter nonsense. Paperwork. Health history. And there isn’t a method to pay online. FFS!
