Stellar customer service still exists but you have to drive to Macy's Tyrone Square Mall to find it. I met a very nice, polite and professional sales specialist in the Furniture and Bedding Department one week ago today. It all started with a phone call and an invite to come see the sectional that was on a big sale and viewable only at the Tyrone location. So I made the one hour drive and Beverly was the professional sales specialist who waited for me to arrive and answer all my questions. She ordered it for me and it was in stock and was delivered today without a hitch! I opted for the white glove delivery and the 2 guys brought it in and assembled and placed my new awesome Jollene sectional and took all the packing materials with them!! Bravo Macy's job well done!
