This place is very unprofessional. I called to request a ride and the driver was rude and hung up on me due to me not being able to hear him. Do not use this service because these people are trash !

I called a cab from them. I waited 2 hours for them to come pick me up. I sat by the glass double doors to my apartment waiting. They never came. I went back up to my apartment and called them. I ask where they were and if they were coming. They lied and told me they had been here And I was not there for them to pick up. If you need to be somewhere don’t call them. They probably won’t show up. Call anyone except them!!!!!!

Yes they do take credit. You just have to let the dispatcher know in advance that you are paying with a credit card.

They are predominantly youngstown taxi company but yes will come out to Cortland for a flat rate.

No they dont give senior citizens discounts or give free rides they will pick u up and take u anywhere u need to go but it's all meter run or if u call welfare and set up transportation thru them they pay for it for u if u qualify for it but I dont know how that works
