Got a double bacon cheeseburger and my bun was moldy. Tried to call them to let them know and they didn't answer the phone. Guess I won't be going back to that location again.

The employees were friendly but got my oder wrong "TWICE" even after I spoke with the manager or assistant manager. Don't know what they charge me for my food cause I never got my receipt. And both times my food were cool as in 'not even warm" very disappointed. I normally dont really complain or write reviews but I was really annoyed with them. This isnt the first time ive had issues at this Wendy's. I usually let and and move on cause things happens. I will not be going to any Wendy's in the future. Updated. Contacted the store manager via phone. Told her what had happened again and she didnt care but whatever. My meal consist of a large Chilli, 10 piece chicken nuggets, dave single, and large fries. What I got the second time is a large half filled room temperature Chilli, 4 pieces colld chicken nuggets, cold fries, and a cheeseburger not Dave single.. now I'm considering contacting Wendy's corporate office. Hope whoever owns that Wendy's will do something about.

I just ordered a chili from them and it’s literally soup!! I bean a few pieces of meat. There was blonde hair in my sons burger. Disgusting!!!!!
