I found a mattress that I liked in the store and I called over the phone about an hour later to buy it and they repriced it and told me I was just incorrect and when I came into the store to see if I had just been mistaken they hadn't even put the new tag on the bed yet! My friend and I had both looked at the price. They didn't apologize, they just kept telling me if I didn't have a picture to prove it had been a different price then it wasn't. I can't believe they were so disrespectful. I unfortunately won't be shopping at Baileys again. Very disappointing.

Clean, well lit store with lots of options in a variety of price ranges. We don't have a lot of cash for furniture and we managed to find a great couch that was well within our price range and even got a nice end table to go with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely is going to be our main go-to for all future furniture purchases.

Purchased a bed set including, mattress, bed platform, and dresser. No issues with the mattress and dresser they are wonderful decent quality. However the bed platform broke down in four months had to purchase a new one in order to replace. There were issues upon delivery. Called trying to get assistance for correction however my calls were never returned. gave up continued using the bed platform. However the slats would fall down because the bedframe fell apart within that short span of time. Literally got injuries from this thing. Be careful because their pets platforms are not always the best. Purchased a new one at Walmart that has been used for several weeks now without issue. Be careful.

Absolutely will never go again. The manager is a piece of work. She should be replaced because of her all around attitude. Was reported to higher ups. Delivered wrong furniture, and told me I had to keep it. That it was "as is", even though I did not order it. They did correct the mistake, with some more painstaking service, but FINALLY I got some furniture.
