My elderly parents has a gas burner that needed repair. The company that came to support their needs could not figure out what was wrong. They charged them for two house calls with no resolution . Suggested they replace it with a new one. I called (sorry Aaron)on his cell phone thinking this was the companies number. He graciously answered his cell phone and immediately sent a service man to my parents home. Within 5-10 minute of time the problem was identified. I am so grateful for your workmanship and kindness you displayed to my parents who are 89 & 92 years old. Thank you . B. Raeburn
