Best Western Park Hotel

Not your average hotel but I had a great stay here, rooms were clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Ample parking around back (my biggest initial concern)

Im 66 years old and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was immaculate and 100 percent odor free as was the entire hotel. The free breakfast bar was outstanding. It had plenty of everything you would ever want to eat to start your day. I would give it a value of at least $15, if not more.

Worst place I ever stayed. Room service forgot coffee and towels. No Wi-Fi. Broken TV remote. Broken window hanging off it’s hinges behind the curtain. Shower only dribbled water which didn’t actually matter because shower curtain was not waterproof. Last maintenance visit to room left his tools on top of the toilet. Could not check in at front desk for 10 minutes as day manager was training a young man on the computer and told me to wait. No one else was in the lobby. Managers smoked frequently at the entrance of the hotel were guests entered and exited. Back door to parking was often left locked and keys did not work. Especially at night. Run - do not walk - to any other hotel in Warren. Holiday Inn was spectacular… Which is where I stayed on my next visit. Breakfast buffet absolutely outstanding. Room was perfect.

Everything was perfect except for upon my departure I was waiting in the lobby and as my Uber was on the way I was asked to leave the lobby if I was not a guest. A supervisor named Davina decided to call the cops even after I left. Hostile workers i would definitely reconsider if you are a minority because I definitely got bad vibes from this place /: Davina definitely made me feel unwanted at a establishment I previously loved to frequent
