They would get five stars if they had any way to put quarters onto the cards. On the positive end of things the card machines do take debit / credit cards

My partner and I came from Sydney, Australia and had to do some washing after a week in Vegas. The worker there noticed we weren’t confident in what we were doing and assisted us. Clean, easy to get to and great customer service.

visited this place for the first and the last time on Sunday 9/25/21 about 10:30 am. The parking lot was full, mostly taken up by their big truck and laundry vehicles. The place was filthy! Then to top it off lost $20.80 in their stupid card machine. Bought 2 card but when I put the cards in the washer it said I had an invalid card, yet I have been charged for them! Some nice lady let me use her card in the washer. When I went to dry my clothes, I thought maybe cash would work. The machine gobbled my $5 and never even spit out a card. Unfortunately no one was in attendance. Before I can get a refund, I have to take the cards in so they can verify that I am not lying. I should have read the other reviews before I went to the Tampa Laundry company. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT! After going back down to the Tampa Laundry Company, I did get a full refund. Everyone was very busy but were very nice. So I gave my review another star. Too much hassle to give any more. I just read the Laundry's response to a previous complaint. They said to just call them for a refund. Why was I told I had to bring my cards to them for them to issue a return. I will take it up with my bank and take the loss on the $5 bill. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
