I had the worst meatball sub ever here last night. It took forever for them to make it as I was the only one at the time waiting for food. It tasted like they microwaved frozen meatballs and toasted stale bread. There was meatballs with no sauce on them. To top it off when I opened the packaging the bread wasn’t even opened for the meatballs to sit inside the sandwich. They were just loose. It was so disgusting.

Okay this Sheetz is consistently bad but I keep coming back because it's my only quick option to get a salad. Last night I had to wait 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and a salad. The girl in front of me had to come back in because her order was missing something. This should have been a red flag to check my order before leaving the store but I was in a hurry and just took it and ran. My salad was totally wrong - missing ingredients I DID order but then it also had ingredients I did NOT order. They couldn't even get the dressing right, and that comes in a freaking packet!! Look, everyone is busy and everyone is shortstaffed. I think people are pretty understanding of that these days. If I have to wait 30 minutes but the food is good, I wouldn't complain. But if customers are waiting 30 minutes for food that isn't even CLOSE to being correct, that's when you've got a serious management issue.

I had knee surgery recently and took advantage of the curbside pick up for some lunch. I didn’t want the hobble in and stand around on my bad leg. When the lady came out with my food she acted like she had never been more inconvenienced and was disgusted by me. I tried being nice to her and said hello and how much I appreciated her bringing me my food, but she like growled something and marched off. This Sheetz has a few bad employees that obviously aren’t on board with the curbside program. They should be trained on how it can benefit customers who otherwise wouldn’t shop there.

This is by far the worst sheetz I've been to which is really sad because I've lived here for 4 years and thought it was the best. They are always out of product and I've been avoiding it going to speed way. No other sheetz in the area is so empty on there products. After talking to management and seeing how they don't care I'm just decided I'm just going to avoid this place. To many time I've walked in and walked out because they didn't haven't anything I wanted.
