I have a monthly pass to this business. I have been considering canceling it due to the quality. Today was just about the last straw. Upon completion of my car wash which I pay to use this particular business because I like the hand drying my windows were still wet and now smeared. This business continues to go downhill.

I had been using this facility the last several years. As a monthly car wash member, I enjoyed the convenience and - most of all - the people. Always friendly and nice to chat with. Unfortunately, I had to leave. After running my new vehicle through the wash about 2-3 times a month, for a year, it was so scratched up, I spent a full day buffing the paint to get rid of the scratches and marring left behind. I appreciate that any car wash that “touches” the car is going to leave at least some marring behind. I get it. What was left here is just too much to accept. It took an extra cut pad, ultra cut compound, and a lot of time to get it to 90% of what it was. See the photos. It’s likely a product of not spraying down the foam rollers, more frequently, to get rid of the dirt from the cars going through. Truly unfortunate as I definitely enjoyed the people there. They are what earned the 3 stars...
