The Fairfax Theatre is a greatplace to see a movie. They show the newest movies and have some of the first lounge seats in the area.

Pretty nice, a bit small and without a Icee machine but everything else was good.

My favorite theater in Marin. Cozy, hometown feel. The sound system, wide and roomy reclining seats make for a truly entertaining experience. I like the vegan butter option however, desire a different popcorn. Such as the popcorn served at The Rafael.

I like the new seats ..super comfy. The seats have a table that moves in front of you, makes you feel like a giant toddler lol. The place is cozy and is small. The bathroom is situated a bit strangley. The mens urinal is opposite the door so when someone comes in people outside can see you peeing so thats intresting and adds a fun element.

Haven't tried that on a future date. but definitely on the same day.
Depends on which theater and which movie you want to see. If its something we actively have on other screens we are currently offering rentals from $120+. Any movie that we aren't currently playing on other screens will need to be booked thru corporate, or thru our general manager.
Yes, tickets are always available at the box office, usually 15 minutes before show time

Unfortunately the theatre has had to reclose due to the lack of films currently available. Until the movie studios start releasing movies we will remain closed. There is no way of knowing what that will be. It is devasting to sit and wait for the unknown. Until we are able to reopen we cannot entertain any requests for private event rentals.
Yes. Masks are required.
Call the office line not the showtime line. If you call during prime time hours leave a voicemail.
Special Movie Passes can only be redeemed at the theater's box office.
They will be up soon, we had last minute changes to showtimes since the runtime was decreased by 15 minutes last second.
This situation is temporary because we are in the process of launching a newly designed website which should be back available this coming week.
No, but there are at least two great places to get coffee within one block of the theatre.
Both!
62 and older
I find visiting their website is more accurate than Fandango.
No they don't. They are owned by CinemaWest, a different chain than CineMark
Call em... look em up ...like all movie houses viewing times change with the playbill
