Bad service accompanied by horrible food. Tonight was our 1st time trying this place. We ordered (I got the Alfredo, my husband the 10oz ribeye) to go. We get the bag they give me a salad that's brown and wilted, they forgot both our garlic breads, as well as the dressing for the salads and silverware, my husband's allergic to tomatoes so we asked for none on his salad they gave him them anyway. We were told that the salad only came with tomatoes and onions so we didn't request no cucumbers. We get home and my Alfredo had maybe 2-3 table spoons of sauce on it, very dry and what sauce was on it was like water very runny. Husband opened his food and this supposed 10oz ribeye was super them and 3/4 of it was straight fat. We decided to take them back. The young mixed girl was very nice and helpful along with being apologetic, the older lady behind the bar was very rude and refused a refund. My husband had to ask multiple times before she agreed. At that point a customer tells my husband not to go into the kitchen (he never did, he was literally standing next to the iTunes machine talkingto the waitress. ) the customer starts raising his voice and slamming his glass down. The reasoning we were giving for such horrible service was "its just two of us here working" the amount of staff should never have an effect on the customer service given. We were so excited to try this place. Unfortunately I'm not sure we will be back after this. I've never dealt with such rude staff and horribly bad food. We will be trying to contact the owner.

Pros: >Service is decent, as in server is helpful and friendly and patient. >Prices are affordable, even for a budget. >Salad and toppings for calizone was fresh. >The red sauce is good. Not overly sweet or overly peppery and the spice to tomato ratio is good. Cons: >no one was at the door and no sign saying we couldn't, so we seated ourselves. A sign stating either way would be nice. >No list of alcoholic beverages (not even a brief one) on the actual menu, but soft drinks, milk, and other drinks were. >Calizone was a bit overdone, BUT not enough to be an issue. (Might want to turn the oven down 25 degrees and properly baste the crust with some garlic butter or oil.) >Tea is basically water. Had to request a coke instead. (Coke was fine. Seltzer and syrup mix was balanced.) >Cucumbers upset my stomach, so I couldn't eat the salad we got for an appetizer because they premade the salad with the cukes in it. Even the taste of them having been there is sickening so, no salad for me. Partner enjoyed it, regardless. Don't eat the salad if you cannot eat cucumbers! If they tweak a few things, the place could be a really decent bar and restaurant. I actually liked the meal otherwise and am having leftovers for lunch.

I’ll just let the pictures talk and NO we didn’t order well done.

Inexpensive place to grab a drink and some food. The menu is huge and has about every type of food you can think of to eat. This is usually a bad sign, but everything we ordered was great. I recommend ordering a pizza. The owners are often in the place, so you'll get good service. We had a server that kept track of our difficult order without any issues and was able to issue our checks the way we requested them. Great service, great food. If you like gambling, they have a business next door for that. Chill vibe. The inside could use a remodel, but maybe that is part of the charm?
