Rev. Dr. Arthur W. Chang is the second Senior Minister of Founder's Church of Religious Science, A Center for Spiritual Living after our first Senior Minister, Rev. Dr. William H.D. Hornaday (minister from 1960 to 1992). Dr. Arthur has been here since 1993.
