According to Skye (sp.?) an average male with shoulder length hair does work there. Store associates’ goal, now this is according to Skye, mind you - is to ASSIST shoppers. Read “ASSIST” with the biggest air quotes known to man. The only assisting needing done was said man giving immediate attention to the mop on his head. That ball of tangled grease, dying for a deep shampoo; tracked my every move. Who are you? - The Police remastering their hit ‘Every Breath You Take’? They allege this tactic is all for the customer, we’re here for you! Then why was I never greeted & asked how I could be “ASSISTED”. The only thing this Patagonia needs to concern their assistance with is their employees lack of presentable hygiene. You can afford to charge mediocre virtual signaled goods at a criminal rate, yet you can’t lend the creep on your payroll some Pert Plus & a comb. Shameful.

I loved Patagonia brand as I saw it on people and it was beautiful, elegant, and colorful. The store was so organized. The location is very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I hope to see more Patagonia branches in more states, especially in Cincinnati,OH

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One employee helped me search for button-up shirts made only from synthetic fibers (when I sweat heavily in cotton it feels awful against my skin). She took her time and retrieved products from the storage area (where they were being kept because of low stock). If the employees I encountered hadn't offered me their friendly help I wouldn't have found the full range of items I was looking for. Great location.

I have a couple of Patagonia layers and a Nanopuff jacket that I have owned for 10-15 years. They are my favorite items of clothing and have held up incredibly well. Today was first time in a Patagonia store and it was a great experience! I took my jacket in to be repaired and the friendly, knowledgeable staff went way above and beyond in customer service. Because I appreciate the company's focus on sustainability and fair trade, and because I love their clothing and know it will last, I will definitely buy more from Patagonia. Because the staff was so helpful and kind today, I will definitely return to this store!
