Since the change in ownership quality has gone down. We have gone a few times since the change and each time we are disappointed. My blizzard was given toe melted, my son's vanilla shake was a Carmel shake at least that is what we think we got. The customer service isn't what it used to be. We went there after a baseball game with my son's whole team to celebrate their season because the dining room was still closed we had to go through the drive thru then park our cars and go sit on the patio. It was a bit annoying. Then when you question your order quality/ order you are given a litany of excuses. It has been a family favorite for years. Sadly we will be going to Graeter's or Rita's.

Gave this restaurant another chance after previously having a bad experience. Went to this location last night and ordered ice cream in a cup. The amount of ice cream I got was unacceptable! Still charging high prices and getting a smaller serving is ridiculous! And to make matters worse when I voiced my concerns to the young female employee at the window she shut the drive-through window on me mid-sentence! I was very professional and just let her know that I was not satisfied with the amount I was served. I called into the store and an employee said that they are working on customer service. That girl working at the drive-through should’ve been in the back on fries! I will never give this location my money again. Awful service!!

Back in town with my high school sweetheart and wanted to sit down on the Porch like back in the day. Lobby is closed (from reviews it’s been closed since Covid times) ended up going through the drive through to get some thing and then got out of my car to eat on the porch. It was nice but disappointing to see the new owner take advantage of the Covid model. Seems to me it’s easier to run the store without a lobby/bathroom to clean and the owners are enjoying their record profits. Next time I need ice cream we will go to handles or Jenny’s.

Was so glad to see this DQ under new ownership and when they get the order right, it's delicious. However, this is the 3rd incorrect drive-thru order in a recent timeframe and we're just done. My husband specifically said "No nuts due to allergies" and yet the sundae had nuts on it when he got home and a simple blizzard was made incorrectly. We've also ordered medium blizzards and received small blizzards, ordered sandwiches that had hardly any chicken on them, and burgers with the wrong toppings - all in different orders. When we've called to let them know, they do not offer to make it right, so it's a waste of time to drive all the way back. Very frustrating since you cannot go inside and have to use the drive-thru.
