This is just a note to praise Kelly who arranged for our Penske Truck and car trailer. When it was apparent that the first car trailer was broken, Amanda stayed overtime on a hot Saturday June 12 to confirm our ability to use another and better trailer that was on the lot. She was wonderful and helpful. The next day we began the long 4 day trek to move my son's furniture 2400 miles across the country out to California. The truck and trailer were solid and dependable. Thanks so much. I will definitely recommend Gateway Storage and Penske.

The property is well maintained and seems safe. I never had any security issues parking my RV there for a year. When I first started storing my RV here I was a little concerned because the office staff did not seem to have their act together. After a couple months, they re-hired Kelly and things become much more organized. She was good at sharing information and very responsive to any inquiry. She went out of her way to make sure things were working fine and resolved any issues. For example, the spot where I was parking my RV was making it difficult for someone to get in and out of there unit, so she worked with us to find a spot that was workable for both parties.

She is on top of any issues or needs of the customers. I appreciate her professionalism. She also put up OUR USA flag and decorations 😁. I have rented 2- 3 units thru out the years.

Talked with Elle the day before I went to the office to rent the storage unit. When I met her the next day, I was super impressed with her professionalism. She showed me the unit, completed the paperwork and I was out the door in 15 minutes. No fuss no muss. I went to the Italian Bakery next door and bought her some of the best peanut butter cookies I ever tasted and was on my way. A great experience all around. It just goes to show you that there are people out there that really understand what good service is all about.
