Where do I start I've been here for almost 6 years and seen various management companies take over I could honestly say that from my experience Weidner has drop the ball in the way it treats its tenants, the way it keeps up the apartment amenities, and repairs, for some reason the office hours here very in the way that they open whenever they feel like it, they're quick to charge you $100 for anything even a sticker that they provide that's peeling off your windshield. When I first moved here I had two parking spaces and when asked the new management about my secondary space I was given the runaround for about 6 months to finally be told that it'll be an additional $100 a month for the space, and $100 for the sticker. Alexa and her team at Castle Park don't care for the tenants, and there needs at this complex. Unlike other reviews I'm hoping to be contacted because I have emails and text messages to prove my point. You figure when you rent a apartment they emphasize on all the amenities that are included and yet we have a pool we can't use laundry facility that's broken and parking that's not existent.

Paying almost 2 grand a month with no pool, no other amenities, washing machines were broken for a long time and we couldn’t do laundry for a month. This place is really bad and it’s insulting that their sister complex is only 0.3 miles away with a bunch of amenities, open pool, and washer/dryer units inside the units. The kicker is they pay the same amount we do or less to live there. It feels like every resident that lives here is being cheated. Asked about maybe transferring or amending the lease, was told that I had to break this lease by paying a whole months rent and then applying regularly to their sister complex. What a joke. Can’t wait to get out of here. If this is how Weidner treats its residents I no longer want to live on any of their properties.

Great place to live the pool hasnt been open since I lived here a little more than 2 years I was able to interact with old management it was okay and new management is great maintenance is great and respectful if I have any question Alexia let's me know right away . I'f not she directs me to the person to give me a better understand . Very prompt with responding parking is getting alot better . I wish the pool was open but due to covid regulations I understand it is to protect us .Has improved greatly with new management and i can definitely see myself with a family in the future Thank you new management.

I live here from April 2019 until January 2022. My experience was not all too good here from the parking situation to the repair, management took forever to replace equipment inside my unit. The old manager was very rude and unprofessional. The management was taken over by a new company in 2021 and it was a little bit better. There was still issues even with the new company. I was a good tenant their for a while and i didn't get the proper respect i deserve. My overall experience is that I will never rent from them again in my life.
