Food was good, but it cost me $37 for me and my wife! That's just too much!

The employees were great. The food was great. I have a condition where I can’t have ice in my drinks or can only have very little because cold things put my mouth in large amounts of pain. I got denied light ice and no ice in my strawberry lemonade today. According to an employee they can get fired for putting light ice in the lemonade. I’ve never once had an issue getting light ice or no ice. I usually don’t care about most things but this is something that puts me in pain and shouldn’t have been an issue.

The past two weeks we went to Arby's to eat we went to different places. We had regular roast beef sandwiches and it was so dry you could hardly eat them. Then a week later we tried the new prime ribs sandwiches it didn't have very much stuff on it and it was very dry. We were there today and had to tell them are order three times and still got it wrong. We did not get one of the sandwiches we ordered. We paid to much money. Food was not any good.
