Horrible Company! They charged me almost $2k for a 5 minute drive to the hospital. Wow! They are scammers! Stay away, in fact RUN as far as you can! Monyque Johnson from customer service is very incompetent and a liar. Got a bill from them and they are not willing to work with you and your insurance company. They do not care at all, shame on them for calling their company “Care ambulance”. I hope more people will report them.

This was the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life ,they should change their name to don't care , after viewing my insurance card paramedic assured me I was covered I received a bill for $2,600 while trying to make arrangements for payment they sent my bill to collections the next day! with no notification

My EMT Experience was 5 star. I was in a terrible accident and they took very good care if me. This review is for the business office. I had an attorney. He advised everything was taken care of. I did not even know I owed the money. They sent me to.collections without even one phone call and damaged my perfect credit for 7 years over $250. I offered payment in full when I found out and they treated me like a debtor and were super rude. They told me they would not move the collection but would mark it as paid. CARE never called me back one time when I called them. They don't care about people. They as a company just sick their collection company on everyone. If you ane another option use a different company. I would change my review with a phone call. I would pay in full the bill with recall from the agency. Super sad! This accident literally ruined my life and they ruined my credit for only $250.

This is the worse company i have ever seen in my life. I have called 6x to billing and emailed 3. No response. I had to put a stop payment on my final check and resend. They still have not responded to my calls. In the beginning i questioned the service amount, because my doctor was the one who called the ambulance. EMT did absolutely nothing, just transported me to the hospital. when i called after receiving the statement i made arrangements, now on the final payment they are not cashing check. Rude and horrible customer service.
