NOTHING BUT BLACK MOLD AND PROBLEMS. ....If I could give this place 0 stars I would ... there has been nothing but issues since the day of move In were told we were getting a nice updated and renovated apartment so we are paying more (only to find out everything is just as old as when this place was built in the 70s) throwing new pain on the wall and newish doors on the cabinets does NOT count for new and updated.... we pay more but don’t have a washer and dryer that come with it but the cheaper apartments come with one. We have been here for months and just now got our front window fixed still doesn’t lock dishwasher doesn’t work have a hole from one bathroom to the other due to there ongoing MOLD issues... not to mention it’s been going on since e moved in I’m pregnant and have been getting so sick for this mold and have doctors notes saying how unsafe it is for me to be here but I can’t just up and leave when we’re paying over 1000 a month for a horrible unsafe apartment that’s worth maybe 600 at most. Please please please safe your self the trouble don’t live here they will do nothing to make it right or help the problem they ignore the issues and sometimes forget to even give you your rent. On top of all that if your going to rent here for the referral bonus...DONT it’s been month and they never received a penny for it ... this place is horribly built and managed... the owners live out of state and don’t seem to care that I’m pregnant and they have been forcing us to live with open mold for months they claim a doctors note changes nothing. maintenance here is a joke they come in to fix one problem and leave the apartment having a whole new problem due to there lack or skills and that they are in such a rush they are breaking other things along the way causing more problems ...

I moved out a couple months ago because I was wanting to get something a littler nicer around the Easton area. I regret ever moving! My new place appears nicer but let me tell you. There are mice all over my new apartment and the new property is so big its like I am just a number here. They literally told me that I am number 12 on the pest control list so they wont be able to help me for 4 weeks! What? At Muirwood I never had any Bugs/mice and anytime i had a work order they were fixed within 24 hours. I am so mad that i am now paying higher rent at a place that could care less. I lived at Muirwood for 3 years and now i see that it was really the better place. You best believe I will be moving back once I get out of this damn lease.

I have lived here for 6 months and it was the worst decision I have ever made. My rent is constantly going up. When I moved here I was promised 644 a month. More like 720 a month. And they charged me way too much for a deposit even though I had great rental history. The management sucks. They never know what's going on. We have ants, the appliances suck, and everything is always broken. Look around, hardly no one lives here for a reason. I can't wait to move out of here!
