This BP is a cesspit. Filthy, constant vagrants pestering for money (at noon on a Monday), and the workers are not interested in actually doing their jobs. If you can get them to wait on you, don't expect much more than a disgusted sigh. The prepared food is dismal - don't risk it. If you need petrol and it's an emergency, then stop. Otherwise... Keep driving.

Horrible! High turn over rate of employees. Most of the time the employee can't do a transaction for you because they are not fully trained. Lottery is always down. The ATM works if it like you. Gas pumps are constantly down. I now DESPISE going to BP on East Broad and Douglas

Incorrect hours posted, this gas station doesn't run 24 hours. They closed several times throughout the evening for breaks, and there's always only one staff member in the store. The last few months it's been closed from 10pm-6am. Disappointing because it's constantly like this

I Understand Overtaxing Certain Customers When Your Service Is Good, But Overtaxing Good Customers When You Dont Do Anything Except Sit In The Back And A Customer Has To Call Your Attention To Get Your Help When They've Been Sitting At The Counter For Almost 5 Whole Minutes? You're Not Doing Anything But Eating And Talking On The Phone Laughing With A Homegirl. Most Of Their Employess Should Be Fired!
