Really awesome place to live. The staff was super friendly when I moved in and I love how close to everything it is in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live. The new upgrades are SO NICE as well.

If you're looking for a great apartment close to Duquesne's campus and Downtown, this is the place for you! The apartment size is great, and the bedrooms are so spacious and the units even come fully furnished. New management recently began upgrading the building and it looks amazing. They even added a new coffee bar which is my personal favorite as well as lock boxed for the mail service to keep your packages safe. This location is so close to Downtown, SouthSide, and Oakland. The staff is awesome and is always readily available. This is the perfect college apartment for students at Duquesne or even Pitt

For The Culture

I think the place is dope, outside of the walls being kinda thin I loved living here. The apartments are brand new and so are the floor plans. It was a really good place to live! Very friendly and quick to respond to issues! Loved staying here. I only left because they sadly increased the rent! They changed management too however, it looks the new management is even upgrading a lot of facilities. You would really enjoy this world class place Update: the new management have been a bit brash with the old residents and took off unnecessary things from my deposit. However, this is still a nice place to live and I would recommend it. However the new management should improve on the customer relations skills.
