Oh my Sunday crew! Y'all are amazing even when struggling with staffing issues. Always a great experience from the beginning walking in. My request on my orders are always perfect on what I get. I always get full on the plate I order. Great staff, great food, great location. These people need a raise to know they how much they are truly appreciated! The customers keep coming back because of them! Plus the food, but without the workers it wouldn't be the same and I know Alot of people including myself wouldn't come if it wasn't for them and how nice they make the customer experience.

Food was about all they did right, the floor was wet and nasty, stuff all over it, and same behind the counter where the food was made. The server was really bad, they didn't help the rest of our group cause we were split to 2 tables, and said she can only help 1 table at a time, she also didn't bring silverware or straws either, messed up our bill several times, and over all a 2/5 could've been worse but could've been far better. Do better waffle house.

Excellent customer service!!! I work for Waffle House in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 2811 Kings Highway. I was a server and a grill op. Those ladies were excellent they took their time they got orders out and they got it right. I was very impressed. Thumbs up to those two young ladies that were working. I didn't get their names but I was very happy with their service. It was 3rd shift on February 27th 2022.

My husband works out of state during the week. He came home Wednesday and wanted breakfast dinner. I didn’t feel like cooking came here to get his food 🤦🏼‍♀️ I get there to get my food the young lady who took my order over the phone messed up my order. That’s fine she kept saying sorry and fixed it. Offered me a drink while I waited. As I was waiting I kept smelling burned bacon. So I checked my husbands food and the bacon was burnt. The cook then goes into he’s been cooking for Waffle House for 24 years and never burned anything. The nice lady checked and agreed it was burned. He then said he was busy doing something and I would have to wait 10 minutes. So the nice lady then cooked my bacon. So overall experience wasn’t too good due to the cook but due to the nice lady it made up for him.. I appreciate her. Him not so much. He’s not a very good cook in my opinion Idk her name but it was the night before thanksgiving. It was only them 2 people working.
