It was clean inside and out. Like everybody else, short staff took a little while. Haven't had sliders for sum time but they were hot and ok.

Cashier was nice but you had to repeat everything multiple times. Very slow for only 2 cars in line they may have been short-handed. Food was good though the fries needed salt in the worst way. I don't know of a White Castle that salts their fries anymore so I don't hold it against them. Overall just an okay experience

I expected better from this location given the fact that they're not as busy as other white castles in town after midnight. I work with various food delivery companies and got the pleasure of having an order at this location which was a breath of fresh air because I normally have to sit in line over 10 mins just to get to my customers food this one I should of just got in and out the only problem was that it looked as if they didn't have much experience with food delivery apps and they also were in a rush to get me out..I had two different orders nothing over-the-top. but when they handed me my customers food they didn't bother labeling anything they weren't even aware which belong to who and they honestly just guessed leaving me to believe that one of my customers only ordered a soda... and when I tried to verify the order just to make sure I wasn't about to hand my customers the wrong order the lady at the window told me that they didn't order what I tried to verify with her at this point i was under the impression they gave me someone elses food by mistake. But she insisted that I was wrong even when i wasn't placing blame i just wanted to simply verify what was already bagged and sealed. But yet again the woman at the window insisted that everything was correct in that order and that her and her colleague knew what they were doing I had to politely let her know that doesn't matter if they think they know what they're doing it's my job to verify if the food is correct. In the end i just had to take a chance and hope that the unlabeled food i picked up was my customers. Because i couldnt get anyone to properly verify ait was obvious the woman at the window had no experience with food apps or how to use her monitor.. my advice to this location is if you guys are going to be taking Uber Eats or doordash or GrubHub orders please verify label the bags and have the receipt sticking on it so that none of your employees egos get bruised because this was probably the most unprofessional uncalled for interaction I've ever had to have with a restaurant .

The food was hot and fresh...best onion chips we have ever had at any of the White Castles in the past. The young lady was very nice, smiled even though she was extremely busy. Great service. East Broad St one is the best one we've found. 😊

Lmao, that cracked me up. They are open 24/7 and the line was around the building. It was only another 15 minutes before we got to the window. 2 People drove off. They were having issues inside lol.
Typically companies have to provide W2s by the end of January, so technically they have until Thursday. Usually it's available online ahead of the copy in the mail though, if you can check paystubs and whatnot digitally.
