I've been going here since summer 2021 for my COVID-19 testing needs and they are quick and easy. Most folks with a horrible experience tested during the busiest/holiday times so they are complaining about overworked/understaffed conditions.

I’m a Canadian traveller who used this clinic and paid $150 USD for the expedited PCR test. I didn’t receive my results in the time listed on the website, and I ended up missing my flight. I had to place numerous calls and emails to Covidclinic and the responses and assistance wasn’t very helpful. Due to Covidclinic not providing me my results in the listed times and for missing my flight I will be contacting them for a refund. Warning to other travellers…even if your flight is 48 hours or more out, do not use the expedited PCR test! If you have to use Covidclinic, I would recommend the 1 hour test and even then expect that there will be delays. 2 stars instead of 1 because employees at the testing site were all great. I will update this review with what happens on the refund. Update - I was refunded half of the purchase price for my test arriving late.

Paid for a 1-hour test. Received the results some 15 hours later. Now I’ve missed my flight. Call centre is some virtual voice that tells you to email. Email is form-automated response. DO NOT BELIEVE THE TIME ESTIMATES. This place is a scam. If you have any other option go somewhere else, and if you need your results in 72 hours for a flight, you should pay for the 1 hour test. Also, get there an hour before your appointment time as the line is about an hour long. It’s a shame that you have to give one star, because this place is a zero.

My boys I did no cost test as they bill insurance. Tested Monday 27th Dec and it's been 6 days and we are still waiting. I paid $129 for rapid test with results in an hour. Worked for me but not my boys. Understaffed money mill. I plan to report their testing facility. There has to be a compliance standard for those not paying for rapid test! Don't go unless paying. But then look at person who missed flight waiting on her 72hr test! Unacceptable.

Depends which one you get. There's one that's 1-2 days and another one 3-4 days. They are both covered by your insurance.
