Park on the north end of Mansfield, not the greatest neighborhood but during the day not so bad. The park itself is really pretty with a beautiful pond and and a walking path around it. I am planning to do a family photo shoot here this weekend and was location scouting today. Lots of geese though and I am not a fan of birds especially geese, they were all huddled in one location today so I just stayed away from them and enjoyed the other parts of the park.

Not sure on hours but they do have pavilions and benches to sit on
You cannot ride around the old OSR due to Richland Correctional Institution being built just behind OSR.North Lake Park is temporarily closed for construction to the road that goes around the lake. You can still drive by it, but not drive around the lake
There's a pond but usually has plenty of geese in it
