We've been here a few times, and it's been a positive experience. It's low frills and straightforward. You take a hayride out to the trees, cut one down and then ride with it back to the store. They provide a saw, but you can bring your own. No less pricey than buying a Christmas tree at your local hardware store. We got a 6' balsame fur for just over $50. They are cash and check only, but have an ATM on the premises. The only knock against them is that their website promises that staff will tie it to your car, but they just gave us the twine and we did it ourselves. They were busy, and it was the end of the day, but still...

We CHOOSE to stay local this year to support small business. The owner walked around without a mask was just Rude to people with questions. There are no signs or directions but the hay ride drivers were especially helpful. Most just lacked customer service and was standoffish. Weird vibe during the holiday season. Overall I came to buy a tree. Did that. NO TWINE OFFERED AND WAS ACTUALLY DENIED. Owner told us to just put it in the car of we did not want to wait long lines to get bailed. Not good selection for white pines. Won't come back. Don't recommend especially when there are lots of farms nearby.

Fair selection of trees, excellent prices, very nicely shaped trees which you can tell they put work into cultivating. Staff was friendly, though they didnt approach us or tell us what to do until we asked to use a saw. Staff tying the tree to the cars was wonderful. Would absolutely return.
