Scam! Do not give these people a dime. They intentionally do not state the rules clearly and charge fees for everything. The staff is unkind and unprofessional. If your baby was on fire they would still hold you responsible for being late or missing which is of course a fee. If you value your money and your sanity I would stay far away!

Very terrible unprofessional experience they constantly change staff members. If a member of the staff give you incorrect information you’re still held responsible for the misinformation. Consequences which could cost you money and time. When you ask all you get is a patronizing apology. I don’t believe this agency is out for anything other than to make the most money off you.
