If you can't try before you buy, go elsewhere. No refunds or exchanges. I got lucky with an overpriced flavor because it's in glass. The guy there is usually too busy on his cell phone to answer the business phone. I won't be back, especially as the guy is always trying to solicit hugs from me. UGH! Talk about feeling uncomfortable! Edit: They are closed for business. Probably a lawsuit for the hugger!

Don't buy this product or any other electronic product from this facility. It is a battery and a charger for an electronic cigarette. I purchased this less then 24 hrs ago and I have been charging it on two different chargers to see if that was the problem and after messing around with the thing for several hours I finally gave up and decided to call them.. they ended up telling me I could come in and they could check it out but if it was really broken then could not exchange it or give me a refund because it is an electronic item.. so if you don't want to buy a defective product don't shop here because you will get screwed over.
