I loved it. Super clean, lots of machines, attendant onsite. They have you purchase a laundry card and load your money onto there which I found helpful since it was easier to track spending. Would definitely recommend.

Never enough water to properly wash clothes. HORRIBLE almost non existent SPIN cycle. Machines dont wring out water & soap so rinse cycle still has loads of soapy water. Clothes still have lots of soap when machines stop. Not enough water, horrible spin cycle and soapy clothes when done. OWNER needs to properly adjust machines so they work correctly.

Not enough water for loads. Does not remove soap during rinse cycles. Clothes ALWAYS have residue soap left behind. Have to reduce soap since it is Never properly removed. had to buy softener to reduce soap left behind. Staff excellent, machines and facility clean. Spin cycle way to slow to extract all soapy water.. Dryer often barely hot even on highest setting. Takes a lot longer to dry clothes. USING FACILITY OFF OF CENTRE PKWY AT 13TH .

No. As far as I know you pay cash and get a card. I believe it's $2 for the card but you can sell it back to them at any time.
