Chris was a very helpful guy. He was able to dismiss my violation I received and I opened an account with metro. He explained how the transponder works. Thanks Chris ππΌβΊοΈ

FIX YOUR WEBSITE! What's the point of having a website if it doesn't work? It's a shame that large companies like this cannot make it easy for customers to log into their account. I'd rather sit in traffic than have to complain ever month to a customer service rep that cannot actually help you log into an account. Plus, there aren't really that many perks if you never use the freeways that have the fastrak....so before you go through the struggle....really consider your commute.

METRO EXPRESS LANES, is claiming that they have sent me monthly statements regularly, as well as several notifications from December 6th when my account went delinquent because the credit card on my account in their system was declined. It is their modus operandi and I have been asked to blame USPS for not having received any of these letters in the mail. Funny that USPS postal staff are very sincere to deliver all other mails - I do get Golden State Water supply bills, Spectrum Internet monthly statements, several bank's monthly statements, credit card monthly statements, many other such statements all on-time and periodically. They have no explanation except to blame USPS for not delivering only their mails to me!!! I have asked USPS to verify as well as provide proof that METRO EXPRESS LANES has in all honesty made their sincere efforts to send me all those letters as they claim, and that USPS has not delivered it for some unearthly reason. The only exception of the one where they have sent a delinquent notification, which I have received. All the online reviews about them show how bad they are as a company and are untrustworthy and conniving. They operate just under the radar of it becoming illegal enough to be sued. I just need USPS to do the right thing now and hopefully this request for information can be provided - that METRO EXPRESS LANES has not sent any of the letters to my address as claimed.

They really make zero effort to inform you of a violation or that you owe a toll fee. I have an account with the toll roads, but because i didn't call within 90 days to share my account info i am charged a violation. It seems that they will not make any money unless they scam you with toll violations.
