We have an Atari 7800 plus a number of games to sell. Called the shop on 8/14/22 and spoke to a young lady, and she said that they would pay cash for everything. She even quoted me a specific dollar amount for the Atari system. The next day I go to the store, and the manager, a young man, says, "We're not buying any systems, and we would only give store credit for the games." Inept customer service that wasted my time and gas. Also, like any store, they'll pay you way less than market value so that they can sell it at or above market value themselves. The woman quoted me $28 for an Atari 7800 Pro System (the price they would buy it from me at). I listed it on Facebook and received multiple offers of $75 and up.

Went here for the first time and left happy. Great selection of retro games, along with current gen games with fair prices. Shane was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Employees at game shops rarely impress me anymore. One thing that makes Play N Trade stand above other game shops is the employees. I stopped in today and was blown away by the customer service and knowledge of Hannah. She deserves recognition because she truly goes above and beyond. I have also been impressed in the past by the guy with the colored hair (Shane?). I recently heard that Play N Trade will be working with Limited Run Games and thats a huge deal to me. I would rate this store 6 stars if I could.

They do a good job getting you what you need. Better than GameStop by far. Disk cleaning and resurfacing work excellently same with their battery changing for Pokémon games. 10/10
