All American breakfast from pancakes to omelets. Pretty big serving. The staff are very friendly. Open only during breakfast and dinner. Location is a few steps away from the hotel-San Diego Holiday Inn Bayside.

Unfortunately, just found out that this place is not pet friendly not even on their huge patio. Point Loma is a very pet friendly so to have “Point Loma” in your restaurant name and not be pet friend (shaking my head). Plus is expensive with low quality food. Nothing under $20 for a low satisfactory meal. Love the servers, their sweet. Seems like management has a disconnect with San Diego quality. “Good food with outdoor seating and that allows pets” was the #1 search in 2021 for places to eat. Recommendations to visitors for more of a local breakfast or lunch/dinner: Historic Jennings house - under a mile away Quarter deck - shelter island 5 Star service Blue wave grill- shelter island their breakfast burrito is fantastic and great views. Fiddlers on the green- weekends for amazing bisques and gravy Westerly- modern craft coffee and cocktails These are breakfast spots but 10+ options in the area that have better quality food. 👍🏼 Guess what’s also great- all pet friendly and within 1 mile of Point Loma Cafe 😆

I’ll start off by saying the dinner options are exceptional. Got the braised beef short ribs, house salad, and a cornbread muffin.. all three were very good. For the breakfast the experience was not very great… sub par. So to summarize dinner options: great! Breakfast: blah 😏
