The chicken and fries are normally good. But the young lady working today was eating fried rice in the work area and talking mess in the back. I heard her talking to the other guy and I heard her say a couple bad words as in questioning him not work related. At least he wasn't talking loud or not really paying attention to her lol. But this is the kind of stuff I witness at a few of the other wingstops. The company has to do better with the people they hire and letting them know what is expected of them. The plaza blvd. Euclid Ave and the one off of Fairmont are either dirty or they have terrible customer service. I won't be going back anymore.

This place is a joke and the worst customer service ever! They don’t know how to take a order over the phone let alone how to answer a call for a business .so whoever is working today right now a female and a male 513 pm if your in duty answering the phone your guilty of poor customer service you should be ashamed of yourself I would fire you on the spot. I will make sure I contact your manager, the owner and make sure you get some appropriate training on phone etiquette.

40 minute wait. Staff is rude. If you like extra seasoning on your fries, expect for them to not listen. Then when when you go back to ask for some on the side, the cashier rolls her eyes lol.

They haven't had dining room open for over a year.but it was open the other day. After I shop at Walmart I take some wings home. Now they have all the tables set up and I was the only customer eating in until a man ate there with his child. Most people order online. Versus the wait..about 20 minutes. They used to season the frys so now when I order please add the season to my frys they never do. But will give me a little side over flowing to take home. It's so much extra I can make eggs and sprinkle the season on them. They just don't listen. Sometimes they don't toss enough sauce on the hot variety and look barely fried. On the boneless Wings. The Lemon Pepper, and Mango Habanero are so good. The ranch is my favorite in the frys dip. So I order at least 2 more, it comes with one dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy.. there's also one off Euclid by the trolley and a whole shopping one stop. With food for less. Or whatever it's called.
