Beautiful restaurant in the la Jolla shores beach next to the Marine room. It has a very nice brunch menu.

My wife and i had dinner here with our 2 kids and my goodness what an amazing dinner experience it was. We got sat at a nice table with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We had the Cioppino and the lobster pot pie. My kids ate their entire kids meal (a first) and I personally have never had a better meal eating out in my life. Without a doubt this is a place that should never be passed up.

The view was amazing but that was where it ended. We had dinner and breakfast there. I bought at $38 steak that was very tough and for breakfast we had $5 a cup brewed coffee that was burnt and a lukewarm $6 muffin. We had one cup of coffee and when we drank that it took twenty minutes to get one refill and the server seemed surprised we asked. I am seriously the EASIEST person to please but when I pay $25 for two cups of regular coffee and two cheap frozen danishes, I expect the service to be decent and the coffee to at least be fresh

I came here to experience the beach, but I was pleasantly surprised to see this restaurant. They had happy hour going on. The tuna pictured below was amazing. It was well seasoned and flavorful. The happy hour special was decently priced at $7 which was a real treat. The fries although sliced a little bigger than I preferred, they were delicious as well. The view of the ocean was nice as well. I would come back here. The service was great and I didn’t have to wait a long time for my food. You are score to sit outside or inside if you would like.
