From beginning to end, my car buying experience at Rusnak Volvo was pleasant and easy. Everyone was helpful and incredibly kind. It is rare to find a level of authenticity at car dealerships, however I felt only that when working with Chris. I only wish every car buying experience could be this easy. Definitely recommend!

Pleasantly surprised that there was no salesman trying to sell the car right way. I test drove 2 cars and it didn't take too much time. Salesperson Jimmy was great. He answered all my questions without trying to sell it. I will go to there again if I decide to buy Volvo. I am trying to decide between Volvo XC40 and Audi Q3.

My wife and my experience purchasing our new car was excellent. The car itself has been wonderful. Christine Lee was our sales representative and she could not have done a better job. She was helpful though every step and was always professional. Anytime we had questions or concerns she was prompt in answering them. When we made the purchase she told us a date the car would be delivered and it actually arrived two weeks early. She kept us up to date on the manufacturing process and schedule. We would definitely purchase a car with Christine in the future.

I was so pleased with the service I received at Rusnak. I was having difficulty getting my airbag recall done at other dealers, but when I called Rusnak in Pasadena, Sonia in the service department was so helpful.
