We went yesterday 07/21/2022 at around 2:45pm, I am on a wheelchair due to a high risk pregnancy and my husband was pushing my wheelchair….by accident I dropped a water bottle that I had on hand and it spilled( not all but enough to have someone slip on the water) so my husband goes looking for the salesman that had been walking behind us and lets him know about the water spill and this guy tells my husband “oh well go to the restroom get some paper and clean it” my husband trying to avoid any argument goes to the restroom and gets toilet paper because this place doesn't have hand paper, they have the air blowing machine to dry your hands….this man works there and I am sure he knows there is no paper in those restrooms! I have spilled stuff by accident in other stores often and have never ever been ask to go clean myself…and his attitude and tone were the worst! The whole experience was bad! Never going to this Bobs again! Ended at Bobs in Cerritos were they treat you with respect and care about their customers! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Great customer service. Karym was so eager to help, very informative. Didn't feel pressured like how you do at other furniture stores. Loved that they had a complimentary Cafe shop my kids had doubles on ice cream and snacks. Made the process easier.

Great variety of furniture and friendly/patient staff. My favorite part of the store was the variety of prices (for all budgets) and the fact that there was no pressure to buy. My mom and I took our time going back and forth on dressers and there was no rush to make a sale. Thank for giving us our time and space. I will continue to come back to Bob's for that reason alone.
