This is solely due to policy. Unfortunately didn't have my car repaired here. Asked if the diagnosis fee ($110) would go towards the repair, Ben said no due to economical current circumstances. Never heard of something so ridiculous, why would I want to just throw my money away like that. The pandemic has hurt everyone. Rubbed me the wrong way and left a nasty taste in my mouth. I guess it saved me from expensive repairs.
