Dinner was delicious and our server was efficient and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. I’ve never had problems here on multiple visits.

Really good food, amazingly delicious and really good serving size. Cons: way way too long of a wait, nonalcoholic drinks took forever, extra limes took forever, food took forever, server was lagging on items, and ordered sirloin medium and was mushy dark red rare, had to ask several times for butter, several times for lemons, several times for refill. To be fair, the food taste-wise was good but the service was trash

Traveling can be exhausting and environmentally unfamiliar… However, there’s nothing like a great meal to soothe the day. I have to say this location has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. A resturant can have amazing food but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWAYS AN EXPECTATION. I would like to thank the RL staff for appreciating and valuing your customers!!

I had a horrible experience and that's a for a better choice of words. I understand it's valentine's and it could get crazy at times. However, the service provided for take out orders was horrible. I placed and order at 445pm and scheduled to pick it up at 645pm. upon arrival, I was told my order will take an additional 20 min to complete. I didn't understand why an order placed 2hr in advance was not ready but hey 20 minutes, fine. After the additional 20 min my order was still not ready and other people were getting theirs. After speaking with a few customers that were waiting it became clear that they had placed orders 1hr to an 1 and a half in advanced. This information made me frustrated as in why are they getting served before completing mine. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever been through and it's completely unacceptable. The manager was no help and the place was a disaster. I picked 1 stars because I had to pick something to be able to write.

They have separated tables and all of the staff have masks on. There is also hand sanitizer readily available in the restaurant.
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
