Horrible experience. I planned a special surprise for an opening business. I ordered online a beautiful colorfully bouquet to be delivery the inauguration day for my family business. This place delivered the wrong ugly plain green arrangement. I called the shop next day to made the complaint. The lady on the phone seems careless about the big mistake. She did not apologized or offered a solution for the mistake. The only option she mention was to pick up the wrong delivery and redelivery the correct one. They don care about ruined the surprise or how dissatisfied I was . The main idea was to delivery a beautiful bouquet to my family the day of the inauguration and that was ruined. They never offered any other option. Wrong place and never again will used it . Terrible customer service too.

My father's funeral was the day after the busiest Valentine's day. Still they delivered beautiful funeral set of flowers, better than the sample pictures, at 9AM. Also gave us a discount. My father had a beautiful funeral. Thank you.

She has video messaged me three times in the last two days to show me the flowers, express how beautiful the arrangement is, and to show her thanks... So I had an order for December 26th, I got a call on December 27th which I was informed the flower of my request was not available. Then I requested a refund. It is January 16th, and I still haven’t received my money back. Should I report to police?

I found your order and according to my computer history, we sent ask message saying we don’t have requested plant in stock, and by some reason, we don’t know why, you didn’t get the message. I apologize the delay of refund. will go to store on Monday, I will take care of that. I will call you after the process.
