Good food, but staff need better customer service.

Convenient for a quick cup of coffee, but nobody seems to understand "only creamer" or "no sugar"

Ewwww there was a long piece of hair in my breakfast burrito and of course No staff member is wearing a hair net that’s super unsanitary I couldn’t stop throwing up! I know the restaurant industry has been tuff with short staffing and what not but that’s no excuse for poor safety hygiene!

Don't quite understand the question. Is this a general question regarding all restaurants or did something occur specifically at THIS location? If you encountet a problem, contact the corporate office. Your receipt usually has a survey one can complete online. It also has a telephone number, whete one can file a complaint, if the restaurant falls under the corporate umbrella of McDonalds. If not, one can obtain the owners information from that same number, listed at the bottom of one's receipt. Whatever the case, don't waste time arguing with staff, and risking the addition of any 'special sauces' to your food, Write or call corporate.
