One of the nicer, well maintained parks I've been to. It have perennials, roses, smell garden, conservancy, playground, restrooms, parking. This one has it all; for sure visit if you're in the area.

This park is a sanctuary for me. It's so beautiful, plentiful parking but can get rather busy on weekends. I don't even know where to start with how awesome this park is. The landscaping is incredibly lush, and gorgeous, the gardens stunning and well thought out, the gazebo and Japanese garden are straight out of a story book, not to mention the geese, fish, and turtles and ducks that live there. There are nice trails near the Little lake and plenty of space and picnic tables by the enormous playgrounds if you want to grill. There are bathrooms present and they actually have mirrors! I love the train ride and carousel as well. Beautiful park for a romantic date, time alone with nature, or with family and friends. So beautiful it is often used for wedding ceremonies. Don't hesitate if you've never been before! And in the spring and summer time, the butterfly garden is amazing. The butterflies are so beautiful and it's amazing to see!

My four-year-old daughter loves this playground- its two giant slides, a rope course, swings, a climbing hill. She always has so much fun. Me- as the parent- enjoy it too, but a few things to keep in mind- it’s not fenced in so if you bring more than one kid, it’s hard to keep track without making you run. The restrooms are also hit or miss open. Once when we went, there was a questioning lone man pacing around the playground. Overall, it’s a great playground. There’s a parking lot right next to it!
