I have the same issue with them every month. They are really bad at communicating what they need from the doctor to fill my prescription, and say nothing to me about it as well until I have none left and go to pick it up, at which time I'm not screwed. Step it up

I would call this pharmacy a total opportunist. They are the closest 24hr pharmacy located near Hoag ER. On Tuesday, I was released from Hoag ER at 12:15am on 11.9.21. The hospital sent 3 prescriptions to the pharmacy by eRx. We got to the pharmacy and these 3 generic prescriptions cost $90: -$30 for 30 generic Advil. Pharmacist should have advised that buying this OTC would have been much cheaper. $30 for 12 generic Lortab. and $30 for generic Zofran. We were then told that CVS doesn't accept my healthplan: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama and that's why they charged us an arm and a leg. We had no choice. I had a broken leg and was in so much pain, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. This is highway robbery and taking advantage of poor patients in terrible pain where there are no other alternatives.

I stood at the counter for about 7 min. while two employees engaged in their own social conversation. Four people were seated waiting for their prescriptions, three others standing in the pick-up line. When their conversation ended, I was told to stand in the pick-up line. Worker's Comp medications I must take daily is available but is not being released sue to OPTUM/Genex/First Scripts confusion. For the second month in a row I have had to pay retail prices to receive one of the four meds waiting for me to pick-up. Only Phillip has been helpful.
